A Mastermind is a small group of people that meets for 6 to 8 weeks to discuss a personal growth, leadership, and/or communication book from Dr. John C. Maxwell. Groups meet either virtual or in-person for about an hour, receive some teaching, and have facilitated discussions around their learnings. Each participant receives a copy of the book and a pdf participant's guide.
